BEST SERVICES RETAILER AWARD FOR COSTCUTTER
At the recent Convenience Tracking Programme (CTP) Awards, held at London's prestigious 'Big Top', Costcutter was judged the winner in the Best Services Retailer category, sponsored by Paypoint.
The CTP awards are the only industry awards to have shopper & store staff judges.
Each year him! Research & consulting speaks to 25,000 shoppers while they are entering and exiting convenience stores (including forecourts) throughout the UK, to understand why shoppers visit certain types of store, what shoppers are buying and their experience of the stores.
him! also speaks to 2,500 store staff and managers to understand issues which affect sales in store. Based on all the feedback, him! awards the best-in-class retailers of the convenience industry across a number of fundamental categories. Katy Moses of him! said: “Costcutter scored very highly with shoppers, and performed excellently against twenty five other c-store groups.”
Not only did Costcutter win the Best Services category, but they also gained 2nd place in the overall Best Symbol Retailer category.
