mhl Support Partner With South Cheshire College
In July 2010 mhl Support and South Cheshire College agreed a partnership to provide bespoke Health & Safety Services for their brand new complex at Dane Bank in Crewe. The College has invested more than £700m in building a first-class education facility that will lead education in Cheshire into a brand new and exciting era.
With more than 500 staff, 3000 students, and first class facilities which include a theatre, dance studio and sports facilities built to Sport England standards, South Cheshire College needed a proactive Health & Safety team who understand the unique needs of the education sector and who can tailor bespoke systems to the individual requirements of each department.
With the doors opening for the new term in September, mhl will be onsite from August 2010 to ensure a smooth transition. The partnership is a significant win for mhl who had to beat the incumbent plus 2 other companies bidding for this contract. mhl’s Business Development Manager Matt Bell commented “This is great contract win for mhl and is particularly pleasing to see that our services were chosen based upon our unique tailored approach rather than simply price alone”.
